In a world where communication is so easy, I should not have to wait 3 hours for a tow from @Acura and only receive updates when I call. I got a text at 11:53 ET saying that my tow would be here in 33 minutes. Nearly 3 hours later, I'm still waiting. Disappointed. Wasting time.
