I think residents can agree that we want to avoid the risk of costly legal challenges to a policy that excludes certain students from accessing activities.

I want to thank the board for voting to not add discriminatory language to the Athletic Policy.

I appreciate that the board did not change the Athletic Policy to exclude and illegally discriminate against students who are trans.

"There are terms like asexual, bisexual etc in here. CV doesn't teach sex ed until 5th grade. Why is my 4th grader reading it?"
