@JDavenant Fleshly incorporation is substantially different than spiritual incorporation. That is why all were baptized into Moses, AND why "the word they heard did not profit them, because they were not united by faith with those who listened." (Heb 4:2).
A pastor’s hypersensitivity to sharp speech is a litmus test for whether or not he ever reads older authors (basically anything more than 100 years old) or lives off of a steady diet of modern theological slop.
