@AirCanada Landed in Dubai 24 hours ago.
Despite providing a geotag location to @AirCanada, “tracing continues”. The bag has not moved. It is still sitting in terminal one. How has it not be scanned and updated in 24 hours?

Started my trip with two checked bags marked priority. Only one made it.
In the 9 hours since I landed @AirCanada has not located the bag or updated my file … the bag has an #airtag and shows it’s still sitting in Toronto. Will it make onto AC 56 departing in 2 hours??

@AirCanada Hi @AirCanada, the next flight out has departed YYZ. My bag is STILL sitting in Terminal 1.

How do you lose a priority tagged bag and fail to get it on the next flight, 24 hours later, when the bag has been in your possession the entire time?
