@DisneyStudios need to up their game and realise that their culture is affecting children. How they act, how they EAT. All because they want to be a beautiful, thin princess.
But after all, you can’t be a princess unless you’re skinny and beautiful, right?

I’ve been doing a lot of research about Disney Princesses for an essay I’m writing as part of my illustration degree at university. You’d be disgusted and amazed at some of the pointers I found on Disney princesses, their body image and how this affects children

All the children chose the skinniest girl.
Because Disney culture has taught them that princesses have to be pretty. They have to be beautiful. But most of all, they have to be SKINNY...

Look at Tiana’s features. They’re all still modelling that of white female features. All they merely did was change her skin colour
