When you order a crib in August from @potterybarn and they continue to delay in monthly increments, trapping you into not cancelling your order. I’m SHOOK they’re doing this to parents and knowingly preventing children from having safe sleep environments.

@Uber_Support Is there a real person he can talk to? The support team isn’t helping and he has gone through 3 different emails, getting the same suggestion, that doesn’t work.
@Uber_Support my dad is locked out of his account, have contacted support, and now can’t even send a recovery form because there “is an issue”. This is really not impressive and unacceptable. How can we actually get some help?
