Toronto Concert Choir was created in April 2020 to carry on the tradition of choral singing at TMU on the legacy of the Oakham House Choir begun in 1984

Concert day has arrived! Choir members should arrive at 6 pm, stage crew at 5:30.
Please review the concert dress code and etiquette sheet that was sent out previously.
There are still some tickets available, they should be purchased on Eventbrite or at the door.

Well, the big day is looming are you ready? Sorted out your music and your outfit? Reminder, we are at the Calvin Church on Monday. Check the photo for where to enter. The rehearsal schedule was sent out last week. Be early/on time especially if you have tickets to pay for.

Monday's rehearsal will start at 7pm as usual and it will be our last at Kerr Hall before the concert. See the latest email for the detailed rehearstal schedule at Calvin next week. Payment for Tickets: Please make every effort to pay/return tickets at Monday's rehearsal.

Choir rehearsal is on tonight, 7pm. We only have a few rehearsals left until our concert so please attend. Please pick up your tickets and flyers from Terry or Tina if you didn't last week.

This Monday, March 20th is a regular rehearsal starting at 7pm, ending at 9pm, so no sectionals this week! See you there. Concert is next month so try to attend every rehearsal if you are able.

For this Monday's rehearsal, Matthew will be holding another ALTO sectional from 6:45 to 7:15. Our regular rehearsal runs from 7:15 to 9:15. If anyone has a copy of 'Whistle a Happy Tune' from our last concert, please bring it and give it to Matthew. Please no more snow storms!

We hope you had a relaxing Family Day. Just a reminder - tonight, Monday (Feb. 27) Matthew will hold an alto sectional rehearsal from 6:45- 7:14 pm. Our regular rehearsal runs from 7:15 - 9:15 pm.

The entrance is the left door at the gateway, directly across from Balzac’s coffee shop. Go straight down the hall to the end, take the elevator up to floor 2

Monday, Oct. 24, we will be rehearsing Sing Gently, Welcome Yule (available on the website to download) and some new music that includes Mozart’s Regina Coeli and three pieces from The Magic Flute! The Mozart music is now available on our website as well. 115 Bond St., 7-9 pm

- between 6:30 and 7:00 pm, enter and check in at the welcome desk
- If late go to the right side (south) of the church, unlatch the gate, go to the second door and press the buzzer. The custodian will let you in.

Our second rehearsal will be held at the Greek Church at 115 Bond St. today, Monday Sept 19, at 7:00-9:00.
We will have a unique opportunity tonight to go into their beautiful sanctuary and sing an orthodox hymn there. It will sound fantastic in the domed acoustics.

Our first rehearsal was fantastic! We were so thrilled to see so many returning faces (no one had changed a bit in 2 years) and several new members including TMU students. We had about 45 people turn out, so at least half, with all sections covered, and hoping numbers will build.
