Loving this video from Ferdy - such a great Tutorial on our Page Builder Cloud plugin and SAAS solution for Web Site Designers and Agencies. https://t.co/riu4w1oBAy #pagebuilders
FREE plugin anyone? I’ve just written a cool little plugin for #Divi to put a floating logo in the bottom right corner of the site with link. Handy. Did I mention it was free also! https://t.co/iHD9FDmQ5I
And another update on #pagebuildercloud. Now V1.5 with an updated interface! I should probably put it down a bit and do some other work.. I just can’t stop :) https://t.co/yeRFdcZvO7
Todays daft moment. I accidentally found out after 10+ years as a Mac user that Cmd+D in finder duplicates a file.
I’ve been copying and pasting forever for no reason!
@tevyaw That’s the plan. Give it a few days ok. Join our mailing list and/or the page builder cloud Facebook group and we will announce more very soon!
Any #metaslider users out there? A little free plugin I wrote gives you the ability to make some slides ‘Admin/Editor’ only for testing before they go live. Handy eh. https://t.co/2nvlKoK7Be
OMG #autoptimize where have you been all my life?! Just activated on two sites and looove the lazy loading which works perfectly for an old Woo site in desperate need of a speed bump
And we are live - Go take a look https://t.co/V1ptQkBQjS - join up at the special Founders rate and work better, faster and more cost effectively whatever page builder you use!
@smp303 Pt2: I said what I said to make a point more than anything else. I agree not all code is kiddy crap but where it’s placed makes no difference... plug-in or theme
Fallacy of the day: too many plugins slow down your site. Really? No they don’t. Badly coded plugins may do but I bet my commercial plugin is better coded than your functions.php script kiddy bodge from stack exchange. #scaremongering
@javorszky Of course. But that same code in your child theme is still bad code. It’s a question of code quality and not to do with the number of plugins you have active. Something I see written a lot by people who know no better and then repeated. That’s what I was trying to achieve ;)
@smp303 I think you’re missing the point here. I was trying to say that scaremongering by saying fewer plugins is better is simply not true. The difference between code in a plugin and code in functions is minimal. It’s the quality of code that matters, not where it is
