The Feds - Josh Levy and Adam Deitch (who is currently running for Norfolk County, MA District Attorney) allegedly used Aidan "Turtleboy" Kearney's materials as exhibits in the federal grand jury of questioning witnesses.

Aidan "Turtleboy" Kearney's key sources for those publications were Karen Read and her lawyers. He further explains he "started a movement that helped keep her out of jail."

The Feds only used materials turned over by Karen Read's defense team for their investigation rebuffing offers for materials/evidence from the Norfolk County District Attorney's office.

...And it appears that the Feds didn't run an exhaustive investigation (like assessing Karen Read's car data via their hired experts, interviewing SERT team members who found Karen Read's taillight on the scene, questioning first responders who heard Karen's statements of "I hit him.").

Karen Read's lawyers in turn did get access to discovery from witnesses who testified at the federal grand jury regarding the events surrounding John O'Keefe's death....some of those very witnesses allegedly faced harassment from Mr. Kearney with no help from the Feds. They gained valuable insight into how witnesses would testify and could craft their defense strategy accordingly.

It almost seems like Mr. Deitch was working for Karen Read...although she, her family and her lawyers did contribute quite a bit to his campaign (despite not residing in the county). Adam Deitch may be Karen Read's choice for Norfolk County District Attorney, but he should not be for residents of Norfolk County on September 1st..

After months of careful consideration and a full review of the record, the Court found what I have been saying all along - I am NOT a "government agent". I never was, and never will be. I am an independent civilian member of the media, who in the course of my reporting, found credible information relating to Aidan Kearney's crimes (which the Court has found supported by probable cause 3x time) and turned that information over to police, which is protected petitioning activity and the only moral choice to make when faced with such evidence.
In contrast, despite calling innocent people murderers 5,000+ times and insisting he has proof, Kearney has NEVER furnished any information of this supposed murder to ANY law enforcement agency.
Because he lied, of course.
I did not, thus, I turned the information I had over to authorities.

The mother of my child had actual psychosis years ago. She believed she was being stalked, and she made it obvious. Because she couldn't stop worrying about it.

She disassembled her apartment and insisted that every electronic item was actually a spy device, and that people were breaking in without her knowledge.

Eventually she seemed okay, so I let her have the kids.

I brought her an unopened security camera system, and then she stopped responding to me.

Three days later I went to pick up the kids from school and they weren't there and hadn't been for days. I panicked, drove to her apartment only to find the garage shut and the lights out.

I didn't have a key to go inside, and the police said they couldn't break in without cause.

I spent the next 8 hours of my life unsure if she had killed the kids. I called her over and over, only for her phone to go straight to voicemail.

The image of how terrible it would be if she had harmed the kids and herself replayed over and over in my mind.

Eventually she called me on an iPad, she had run off with a guy from the internet and taken the kids across state lines. I managed to convince her to give me her location and I got the kids back.

The idea that thousands of people on the internet would have supported her and demonized me never would have occurred to me. I can't even imagine what this man is going through.
