Adm Dinesh K Tripathi #CNS, addressed the grand finale of #THINQ2025  at the @IN_NavalAcademy, Ezhimala, where students from across the country showcased remarkable knowledge, confidence, and presence of mind.

#CNS commended all participants for their preparation and spirit of healthy competition, emphasising that the primary objective of the quiz is to enhance #maritimeconsciousness among the youth of India. He highlighted the critical role the seas play in our daily lives - from national security to trade, the blue economy, and global connectivity. With 95% of India’s trade moving by sea, he underlined that understanding the maritime domain is essential for the country’s progress, and the pivotal role of the #IndianNavy in safeguarding national interests.

#CNS also highlighted GoI’s vision of #SAGAR enunciated in 2015, which has now evolved into the broader concept of #MAHASAGAR in 2025, placing the oceans at the heart of India’s aspirations to becoming a #ViksitBharat by 2047. He further emphasised that the youth will be the key drivers in India’s journey towards #ViksitBharat2047.

Encouraging students to stay curious, take bold decisions, and keep striving forward, #CNS remarked, “Losing is the first step to start winning” and that “Every participant today is a winner and a part of India’s growing maritime story.”
