When I logged in to legion remix a week ago without having written anything in chat I got a behaviour warning with as mentioned nothing. Can a human please review?

@JagexSupport I've waited 4 weeks for my ticket. When I went to check today I noticed it no longer even exists??? Why was it removed? I literally after 4 weeks of wait had to make a new ticket. I want you guys to look at it Tossarn#5663 this is frustrating.
