I quite resonate with this quote. I was actually just thinking this the other day, then saw this quote.

"Your problems adjust to their true level of importance after a hard workout and a good night of sleep."

@paulocoelho Quotes like thus always get me fired up!

"Before you throw more time at the problem, throw more focused action at the problem. You don’t need more time, you need fewer distractions."

What is your favorite running workout to do? Could also just be a workout if you’re not a runner too 😉

Mine are 400’s on the track or doing Deadlifts. I love the way both feel during and after the workout!

@_simicjovana Would you ever be interested in watching a game together?

[Jeff Wilson @TotalBodyRun]

Need some hydration help? Check out this post. Often hydration is overlooked in your running or health and fitness life. The importance of it is astounding however.

This is just terrible news. Just terrible. Distance running is taking a hit here today. Plus the IAAF new standards? The marathon, just as an example, will be minimal numbers. The excitement for many countries far worse. Sad.

Breaking. The ultimate Friday night news dump and the most depressing news for US distance fans in decades. AN ABSOLUTE TRAVESTY. Should the US Olympic Trials simply be cancelled? https://t.co/nUqLEB6wVH

Couple training! Love seeing these two spouses workout together. They are fun and hard working. Very rewarding!

Getting some spinal health into play. The spine can be an interesting and painful mess if it's not taken care of. I actually have a very similar issue as this client does. Hyper-mobile… https://t.co/HRJiNz2XMY

Trying out some new foods this week :) Smoked octopus is where it's at! Tastes like ham honestly.

Always a good time with the boys in the weightroom. Especially when Sam exaggerates every movement!

Big weekend :)
