My brother is serving time in prison in KY. I don’t talk to him much since they've limited him to two calls a day, but if I’m lucky, I get about 15 minutes every couple weeks.
Tonight, he called while I was working out. Like usual, I dropped everything to catch up with my older brother. It was the first time we’d talked since Trump officially took office, and when I asked my brother about Trump, his voice lit up with excitement...
"We had a bunch of J6 guys here who got released. It's crazy how fast they moved after Trump made the announcement official," he said. "I can’t remember the last time a president ran on something and not only followed through, but bro, I swear they were out within an hour of that executive order, on Trump’s first day in office," he added with a sense of awe and political curiosity I'd never heard from him before.
"How well did you know those guys? How were they treated?" I asked, now just as curious, realizing for the first time that J6ers had been in the same prison as my brother.
"Man, I’m so happy for them," he said, his tone shifting slightly. "But they weren’t treated quite as well by the... let’s say, Democratic base here."
I didn’t push further—these calls are recorded, after all. Even though I trust that under Trump, a harmless discussion criticizing past administrations wouldn’t be overly ridiculed, I’ve always been cautious speaking on political views in the past, worried something might be recorded and spun to paint one or both of us as conspiracy theorists, ending up in jail together lol.
Instead, I just said, "Holy shit, bro, I had no clue they were even serving time with you," before being interrupted for the third time. My brother is the definition of “alpha,” and I learned early on you have to fight to get a word in.
Speaking of the support they received, "And dude, @Kash_Patel sent them money—for commissary, soap, etc." "I didn’t believe them at first, but they legit showed the receipts with his name on them." What a cool thing. No expectation of anyone finding out. No showboating, subtle bragging, or playing politics. Gained a lot of respect for Kash and want to give him the shoutout he didn’t ask for.
"Dude, it feels like a different place in here," he finished before letting me know our 15 minutes was fast approaching.
Trump is back, baby.

As California burns today, let’s not forget @GavinNewsom’s smug response when Trump (rightly) criticized his failure to protect the state back in 2019.
Since then, Newsom has slashed $150 million from fire prevention efforts and prioritized DEI hires. The result? Worsening disasters and a complete disregard for the safety of the people he governs.
Is this what “climate leadership” looks like? Or is it just negligence dressed up as progressive politics? California deserves better—AMERICA deserves better—leaders who prioritize action over empty rhetoric. Time for real change.
@ElonTakesDC@GavinNewsom LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK
@GavinNewsom how do you sleep at night? With that beautiful smile, flowing hair, subtle enough but still sexy tan, and those devil horns protruding from the thick skull that shares your lush brown locks?
You’re a disgrace.

The irony of politicians criticizing the wealthy while collectively being worth more than the GDP of some small countries is mind-boggling to me.
Entrepreneurs like Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos create products, services, and jobs for millions of Americans. They help families build wealth, provide insurance, and fuel local and global economies—yet we’re told to hate them for the fortunes they’ve earned through innovation, intelligence, and hard work?
Now, let’s look at Congress. The top ten members alone have a combined net worth exceeding $2 billion. That’s $2,000,000,000 making $174,000 annually. For perspective, a doctor earning double their salary would need 774 YEARS to match Nancy Pelosi’s fortune, and she’s not even the richest person in congress.
Let that sink in. If this doesn’t make your blood boil, it’s because you’ve been manipulated by those who profit from your labor while relaxing in their vacation homes.
It’s time to question who truly has your best interests at heart.

Breaking 🚨:
President Biden calls for a ban on Congressional stock trading per AP:
“No member of Congress should profit from the stock market while in office.”
With bipartisan public support at 76%, could this finally be the end of insider enrichment?
Stay tuned.
Every year, trillions in tax dollars are allocated by a handful of people. Why not let taxpayers vote directly on where their money goes—education, healthcare, defense, or innovation? If 155M people can vote for president, why not for priorities that shape their lives? Power to the people, not just politicians.
