@ScanComputers UK has stock of the RTX 5080, for a not-ridiculous markup! We ordered one of the MSI cards last night, and it has already been packaged โค๏ธ
Re 5070- So yes, the DLSS 4 frame gen introduces latency, but one of the best games of the previous gen (Red Dead 2) (in my opinion, anyway), had around 400ms of input latency on the Xbox One X. Context (game played) is important
@hemogus @deadlyheadley_@JezCorden I don't know if something has changed recently, but I've always kept game install files for Xbox PC on an external hard drive and copied them over to new devices to save time when reviewing systems. It's even easier since they let you choose the install location.
@Acer "Yes, boss, I absolutely need an Acer Predator Orion X to handle my workflow. That's right, the 4090 is necessary - we have big spreadsheets so I need a big monitor, and the bigger the monitor, the bigger the graphics card needs to be."
@XBU_TNT2808@dark1x Those look like the Audio Engine AE2+. I have the same speakers, and they are outstanding. Not sure of current pricing but they're IRO ยฃ250 (probably get a deal somewhere)
@FocusedSloth They forgot to copy the decades old game mechanics, though. And they only made one version of Palworld. Everyone knows you need to versions if you want to make pals with them all!
@AGONbyAOC Convince as many people as possible that the AGON AG276QZD is one of the best competitive gaming monitors on the planet ๐
Review coming soon!
2/2 It would provide an in-game reason for fast travel to exist, and instantly remove the immersional disconnect of just entering a loading screen, and I reckon a lot of people would describe it as a cool addition rather than lazy dev.
#Starfield gets a lot of backlash about fast travel, but I think one small change could fix that.
Imagine your character whips out their communicator and a a shimmering effect beams them to/through a Star Trek style transporter. 1/2
I appreciate that @Microsoft is working on a unified RGB controller for all your devices, but @signal_rgb is (rgb)lightyears ahead already. Loads of effects, huge amount of compatible devices (including WiFi devices like Govee, Hue and Twinkly) - this is a must-have PC app
