@AskFrontier @FrontierCorp Any way I can get someone other than tier 1 support to look at this re-accuring issue. I have fiber that started having micro-outages since upgrading from 1g to 2g service. See the attached picture

@AskFrontier @FrontierCorp I had Fiber installed yesterday and the service has not worked. First it was a ONT provision error caused by an outage. Then just an outage and now I'm being told there is no outage and that my fiber is not connected so a tech needs to come... WTF

5th week of school, or ~10% into the school year and @DurhamPublicSch @draslewis still doesn't have a fix to buses getting kids to class 30m-1h late and getting them home 30m-1h after scheduled dropoff. No comm. and Bus line just says "working on it, be patient" @ABC11_WTVD

Something needs to be done about @DurhamPublicSch transportation. We are 3 weeks into the school year and my daughters bus continues to be 30-45 mins late in the morning, getting her to school 45m-1h late. It picks her up 30m-1h late in the afternoon at school. @draslewis

@DurhamPublicSch I see buses getting kids to school 45 minutes late and picking them up and hour late after school. 3 weeks into school and this has not been fixed. On top of that the "adult" supervision for the bus after school immediately gets in their car when they see the bus pull on the lot.

@DurhamPublicSch Kids could attend if buses actually picked up at an appropriate time. Bus is over 30 minutes late again today with my daughter getting to class over an hour late when she rides the bus. I can't keep missing work to take her to school.
