Gooners. I need your help. My brother travelled to Paris last night via a supporters coach for tonight's game.
About 10am, he was on the phone to his daughter as his wife was not answering the phone. She had to break the news to him that her Mum (his wife) had died some time this morning.
This is where I need your help. An Arsenal fan who was with their group heard what had happened. He got my brother on a Eurostar home and insisted on paying for it. Whilst my brother was grieving, someone was there to help him. I need to know who it was. I need to repay him, or at least thank him. As a family, we are grieving, but knowing someone has done this warms your heart.
If he wants to remain anonymous, that's fine. He didn't do it for publicity. We want to know who it was and thank him. You have no idea what you have done for my brother.
If anyone can help, please let me know
I’ve got to say I’ve absolutely no interest in ever becoming a celebrity but if I did have my 5 minutes of fame I’d love to appear on the Midnight Game Show
@WG_RumblePants Tough one … I’ve seen @jimmy9 make the ball talk
@KP24 reverse sweep a guy with 800 test wickets for 6 & as an opposing fan always figured the match was never won until @sachin_rt was back in the pavilion
Too many over the years to say definitely
@ZaltzCricket turned on tv to see India lose a wicket … immediately swapped to Pakistan losing a wicket
No idea if India was Live or highlights but … how many times in the history of tests has there been more than one wicket fall at exactly the same time?
@Lee_Sullivan85 I’m 45, I cycle to work, do insanity (hitt) play hockey but …. I did always say I don’t think I could be a PE teacher past 50
The closer I get I’m changing my mind but I work in a PRU now & honestly I love it
since Covid - the lockdowns (not having it) I’m getting injured more
