Progress continues on the Par 3 course at @oldeeight, with shaping taking form and greens construction moving forward. Irrigation is close behind, keeping the project on track as we work toward having grass on the ground by early May.

Interlachen Country Club in Winter Park, FL - We’ve underway. Tree clearing is complete, and demo is ongoing. Rough shaping is progressing on holes 13, 14, 15, and the driving range as this exciting project comes to life.

Olde Eight Update - Construction on the back 9 is nearly complete, with all features taking shape. Cart path installation is in full swing, and we’re anticipating a sprig date later this month. Meanwhile, work on the front 9 continues to progress. Stay tuned for more updates!

Progress Update at Olde Eight: Construction is almost complete on the back 9, with grass now in place. On the front 9, shaping is well underway, irrigation is installed, and we’ve started building greens—#1 and #9 are already taking form. The course is coming together.

Incredible progress has been unfolding at Old Sawmill Golf Club in Ridgeville, SC! Tyler Rae's innovative design is shaping a remarkable golf experience, with the nine-hole par three completed and the 18-hole set to debut in 2026. This project is one to watch!

Progress is in full swing at Cobbs Creek Golf Campus!  We’re excited to partner with @TotalTurfGS on the restoration of this historic course. We are grateful to the Total Turf Golf Services team for volunteering a full day to assist with the TGR Designed Short Course, as well as their generous contribution of $300K donation to our project.
