Focus and concentration are an important part of riding a bike, which is why we include activities at our classes to help little ones develop these skills in ways that are fun and engaging.
Action Tots is all about developing skills that help with the process of learning to ride in ways that are fun and engaging and that will build their confidence, overall physical development and social skills too.
Come along for a trial and help your little one get ready to ride?
Are you thinking of getting a bike for your pre-schooler (or have one that they don't use) but not sure where to start with helping learn to ride it?
Action Tots is all about developing skills that will help with the process of learning to ride in a funa nd enagging.
Learning to ride is about more than just being on the bike itself though, which is why our classes involve a range of activities that will develop the underlying skills which will help make the process of riding a bike, and any other sport or physical activity much easier.
Our Balance Bikes are lightweight & easy for little people to handle. The low seat height allows your child to feel safe & secure with both feet firmly on the ground meaning little ones can concentrate on balance, leaning and steering while propelling their bike in a natural way.
Riding a bike is key milestone in any child's life, but a traditional bike can be difficult for younger children to manage, and when stabilisers are used they don't learn the balance skills they need to be able to ride unaided. Try a Balance Bike instead!
Learning to ride a bike doesn't need to be difficult, it's much more effective when it's all about fun!
Not only can you have fun at class (plus let your little one burn off some energy!), but could be enjoying family bike rides together in the not too distant future too!
Each 45 minute Action Tots class includes a number of activities based around 4 skill stations: Body, Brain, Balance and Bikes.
With songs, games, stretches, parachute play and bubbles to ensure lots of fun as well as learning!
