@KLM Have been waiting for airport assistance in SFO for some time. Asked an agent and he pointed across the hall. Didn't offer to check on anything himself. Quite disheartening.

The communication and customer service at @DisneylandParis has been a mixed bag with some very disappointing interactions. Phone rep gave info that hotel rep disputed upon arrival. Lost time, added hours of #ChronicPain.

@DLPHelp We were given an upgrade to the room, but the name is the same as a service level upgrade. Had to look it up. Sounded like we got the latter. But no. Just the room. Confusing, frustrating. Poor communication.
