Delhi-Howrah Rajdhani Express (12302), B2 coach there is no charging point for SL and UL berth, both of the toilets are not working, rat is running inside coach. We are spending our heard earn money to book tickets and getting this kind of service @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial

Thanks to indian railways for providing such a good train 05777 and vistadome coach in West Bengal. The service is awesome. Irctc onboard catering staff provided best service and good food too. Simply great hospitality.
