the kanji used for “strength” is “強す” , not kinetic energy nor any type of physical energy , it is the state of “force”, “strength” and “toughness” as adjective which itself isn’t conditioned to any physical system.

Chakra creates its own forces such as “adhesive power” and “repulsion”.

Chakra is strength, not kinetic energy or any specific force, it is the purest state of “strength” which freely adapts to all the others.
