There will be no trash/recycling/yard waste pickup services on Monday, September 4 due to the Labor Day holiday. Waste Pro will operate on a one-day delay for the remainder of the week, with Friday's route completed on Saturday.

Town offices are also closed on Monday.

Drivers will be detoured from I-485 Inner to exit 52, continuing over the E. John Street bridge back to the inner loop. Law enforcement will be present to assist with traffic flow on East John Street.

I-485 Inner Loop to Temporarily Close Tonight

NCDOT contract crews will close the I-485 Inner Loop at E. John St. (exit 52) tonight, weather permitting. All lanes will close on the inner loop just after midnight and will open back to traffic by 2 a.m.
