@SportsDirect_CS can’t contact any humans ….. next day delivery paid for Evri supposed to deliver 2 days ago - nothing - raised on their tracking and no humans either so app says someone will look into it - doesn’t help when its 2 days late (despite paying for delivery)

@GsrmGlobal @British_Airways … landed into Munich on 14th for a short stay, baggage didn’t arrive, told given courier 15th - wasn’t delivered as courier busy. was to be given back to BA to be sent to me … it’s 22nd and BA say no updates and not sure if courier ever returned it

@British_Airways …. Now day 5 of chasing and the live tracking seems to have a different understanding of live to me - any chance at somepoint someone can update us on the status of the lost bags

@British_Airways … you don’t call, you don’t write …. Now day 4 without luggage or clues as to where / what it is - calling a call center while on roaming that keeps you on hold for ever is costing more than the flight

Come on @British_Airways according to the tracker at least one of our bags was sue to arrive on #BA948 this morning can’t get through to anyone at the airport and bag has t been delivered we leave back to the UK tomorrow morning 🤯🤯🤦🏼‍♀️

@British_Airways now almost 22 hours of trying to reach someone and find out where our bags are … we leave tomorrow only here 2 nights and so far we have no idea if our bags will ever arrive anywhere !!

@British_Airways - landed 19 hours ago still no bags, the app shows no updates - what’s happening - as not in uk (despite leaving from there) there is no human we can speak to …we leave tomorrow and need to understand what’s happening would hate bags to arrive after we leave
