@mcshanehedges "Red Alert" means nothing if you haven't define the criteria, the standard for issuing, and the details required (who, what, when, where, why, how does the Red Alert apply?). In the middle of a serious situation, it appears to be a communications failure.

Understanding that this is their first ever "Red Alert", the lack of explanation, definition, or area covered is concerning.
