@wrthreeh I think because the one in death metal is apathetic and nihilistic in most of the story and when he sacrifices himself he started caring again so his return he starts feeling like his old self before crisis making him more upbeat

@xamfoam I dont have a problem with different design ona character I think their awesome when done properly (thors rivals design is peak for example) but the main problem I have with cyclops is the black just doesn't fit in with the design and kinda clashes with the other colors
