@RobbieRinder @sykescottages are refusing to refund our holiday, due to go on Saturday. Cannot rebook until April 2021 at the earliest at inflated prices. The amendment fee that was being waived now being applied again. Awful customer service, just going round in circles, about to lose £1316.
