I didn't think on this day and age high street shops didn't offer cash refund & only offer credit note or exchange @McQueen! What happened to #consumerrights@ConsumrRightsUK! Different policies for online v retail & discouraged me going back to the high street or us this brand

@McQueen Don't buy the brand. Customer service in shop is terrible as they keep your money as hostage. You buy a gift in shop and can't get a return ( only brand doing so) and they give STORE ONLY credit for 1 year. I was not told I could not get a return.
@LWTheatres we were expected to say 24 hours before to change the tickets when we only found out on the day. We bought the tickets in 2019 and we are not getting any assistance. ๐ ๐ก

@Tesla picking up new car. Very underwhelming. No insurance given for the first 7 days, so waiting for one hour to get through the agents. Sitting in a warehouse, no water/coffee or tea. It's ridiculous ๐คฌ

My company booked tickets, one is under silver member and mine the standard. So we separated, segregated by group, and I have to Carrie the items of my bag in my hand.

@British_Airways I can show 2 sets of tickets of 4 people just this week.
Funny that each set had 2 people, one English and One Indian with same tickets and book together and the English was given Group 3and 2 and both Indians Group 5.
