Bought a brand-new printer. During checkout, Bambu’s site suggested hotends as an add-on. I assumed, foolishly, that an add-on recommended for a printer would… fit the printer.

They didn’t.

This wasn’t customer support. It was a scripted loop designed to wear customers down until they give up. No ownership of a broken checkout flow. No attempt to fix a clear mistake. Just rigid policy and shifting explanations.
