@btbusinesscare My business phone line has been inactive since having my new broadband fitted. And all I was advised was to wait for the number to migrate to digital. It’s now been a week with no working business line and I don’t have a date. When I signed contract this is not what they said.
@btbusinesscare hi, I would like to ask. When a business line goes digital does it go smoothly? Would it affect my line? Will it cause my business phone line to go inactive?
@nxwestmidlands on hold for that long got through half way investigating into my account it then cut off, common sense to call back, you have all my account details. Now I’m on hold waiting to get through again. You took my money out account and not send me my child’s bus pass.
I understand it is busy due to Covid-19 but I worry I then have to pay for another months notice. I gave notice in Aug then I pay sept then I can end. But what if you don’t process it until sept or Oct? Do I have to pay till Nov? Or does it count from my email?
@nxwestmidlands is there anybody in office, I’ve been trying to call all morning, been on hold for an hour 2 times. I’ve applied for 3 child term pass and only received 2. I received the 2 on Tuesday. But still not received my third one?
