This morning, I took my ~1500th rickshaw to come work at Grapevine

This has been my life for 3 years, and the best work I have gotten to do.

I looked around in the traffic from HSR to Koramangala. And I saw other people on their way to work, like me.

Many have taken many more rickshaws than me.
It is for them that we build.

We have for the last 3 years. Obsessing over information (w Grapevine) and opportunities (w Round1) for the Indian professional.

1500 rickshaw rides later. I entered office to launch Tal. A fruit of all our thoughts, feelings, insights, and emotions around people who go to work everyday and want the best from their life.

We love building for them, because we are them.
I’d love for all of you to try Tal. See if our ideas and thoughts made sense.

If they do, I’ll sleep well at night.
If they don’t, I look forward to the next 1500 rickshaw rides :)

Tal is the only jobs app that will recommend a specific hotel on the ORR before your interview at Swiggy because he wants you to avoid traffic. Proactively.

In this case he likes Novotel ORR

He gets to these topics proactively because he is designed to want you to succeed and think how someone in your life who truly cares about your success would think

Got early access to TAL and played around with it a bit.

The idea is basically an AI acting like a talent agent instead of you manually applying to a bunch of jobs.

Still early, but interesting to see someone trying to flip the usual job application process.
