*Exercising regularly- Go for walks, engage in simple and basic exercises around your home or workplace
*Eat Well & Right- Eat more of fruits and vegetables. You can include healthy fats and nuts in your diet however limit the intake of salt
*Health Monitoring- Go for your regular checkups and do your routine tests. Monitor your blood pressure levels.
*Healthy Lifestyle- Avoid excessive consumption of alcohol and avoid abuse of drugs
*Good Sleep- This isn’t talked about enough but try as much as possible to get enough sleep at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night. It will help manage stress and increase your productivity
