@British_Airways @British_Airways the amount to pay with difference in fares was £3500 which was £1300 more than I paid for 2 of us return so it’s extortionate price since it was an emergency. If there’s spare seats on the flight I wanted to book why not let us take it and pay a admin fee only?

OMG AGAIN @British_Airways YOU SUCK!!!! This is the 3rd time this year we have had our flight cancelled less than 24 hours before our flight leaves. You had already changed the aircraft last week as the seat configuration had changed and now it’s cancelled🥹

@British_Airways I’m shocked at your policies. We had to cancel our flights due to a medical emergency. You had proof and yet you want an extra £3500 in price difference. Surely for a medical emergency you should have different policies and more empathy instead of greed

Totally disgusted at the lack of help available when our plane was cancelled last minute. Was only offered a refund & couldn’t rebook.
3 hours on the phone waiting for help. 1 hour on chat to get the same message over & over.. “no humans to help at this time”
