@MetroBank_Help Why can't I access my own money in my account? Im fuming I have to get a bus ticket for my child and I can get on my account but it keeps saying error. This is ridiculous and if it keeps happing I will have to use another bank.

@MetroBank_Help No that doesn't help. I got an email saying your current account is now open in that email it says it has links but the "important information summary (account details" is greyed out it isn't there.

@MetroBank_Help Hi I opened an online account today and I had a welcome to your new account but the 'important information summary' was greyed out so cannot download. Cannot log in on the phone banking as it says "we are unable to complete your registration."can't call is there known issues?
