🚨 California just voted to pass AB 2624 aka “The Stop Nick Shirley Act”:
This bill puts journalists at civil risk for investigating fraud and makes it harder to expose fraud in “immigration support services,” including NGOs, nonprofits and health care facilities that receive hundreds of millions from the state of California each year.

This bill would have made it criminal to expose fake hospices in LA or the Somali “learing center” in Minnesota if they then claim “reasonable fear” and the business owner gives a written demand not to post the video.

Plain and simple, California is trying to make it harder to expose fraud and scare individuals from investigating fraud in their communities, as they could be sued for an injunction to remove the video + forced to pay their attorney fees + minimum $4,000 in damages.

The Attorney General's wife, Mia Bonta, created this bill and is now trying to make it law. How is this not a conflict of interest?

The Supreme Court just quietly took a huge step towards restoring medical freedom.

In 2025, a California court delivered the most terrifying ruling in modern history.

And 99% of people didn’t notice.

They said the government can mandate ANY medical intervention on you, as long as officials say it’s for “public health.”

Here’s the full story:

We sued the Los Angeles Unified School District in 2021 over their Covid-19 vaccine mandate.

Then, in July 2025, the Ninth Circuit ruled that LAUSD’s mandate was justified because authorities claimed it was for “public health.”

“This opens the door to virtually limitless government power.”

“The Ninth Circuit ruled last year that it doesn’t matter whether a shot stops transmission or infection.”

“All that matters is that a state official could have believed that the shot would help some people.”

“We’ve had this case against LAUSD since the fall of 2021.”

“We submitted a petition … on December 29th [2025] asking the Supreme Court to review the case.”

“And [LAUSD] waived its right to reply. Didn’t even respond to our petition.”

“Well, on February 5th … the Supreme Court … ordered them to respond to our petition.”

“This is very, very encouraging.”

“For people who don’t know, Supreme Court doesn’t take all of the petitions it receives.”

“It receives more than 700 every year, and it takes only like 60 or 70, less than 1%.”

“So it’s very hard to actually get them to even pay attention to your case.”

“This proves that they are paying attention to our case.”

This could become the most important case for medical freedom in modern history.
