The sentence CAN'T even be appealed. The Telegraph reports the Attorney General REJECTED requests to review it as "unduly lenient" because it was heard as a youth court, and youth sentences are EXEMPT.

When the judge first LET him out on a tag with a 6pm curfew, he didn't GET home until 1:30 AM. The judge's response? 14-year-olds "tend to be a little bit temperamental."

Police CALLED it a "frenzied attack" with "over 10 attempts to stab her."

Her: cuts to her neck, hands and face. Him: a "bright lad" with a curfew.

Just imagine if this HAPPENED to your daughter.
