AGMs can be hard to get attendance at the best of times...In these worst of times then you need to make a hard sell, stress the importance of member decision making, bringing people together, encourage the submission of written questions to get a discussion going

#trusteehour Make sure you give easy access to key documents, including agendas and minutes beforehand and get participants to commit to some ground rules and expectations for the meeting. Also important to recognise the challenges of chairing a remote meeting.
