I've looked back over the last year and found it's important to be real, to take time out if you need to... do you and don't worry or overthink stuff.. easier said than done..

With a heavy frost overnight - the studio windows are completely covered by frost - on the inside!
I’m finally getting back into making art ... and it feels harder after a break. So exploring ideas and letting the process lead the way with no real fixed outcomes.
