Lovely thought from my acupuncturist this evening. Rather than be labelled a ‘swan’ as a badge of honour. How about we’re the opposite? So what is underneath and at our core is peace and harmony but we allow ourselves to express our emotions and embrace the chaos? #gotmethinking

Great thought process for making choices about what to spend your time doing whilst being aware of your wellbeing. A) do I want to do this? B) do I have the energy to do this? C) if I do this do I have the energy to do all the other things I need to do? #wellbeing #learning

Life is short. We say it all the time. But do we actually wake up each day and think ‘I’m going to make the most of today no matter what!’ Or ‘I’m going to do something today that makes me happy’ or ‘I want to make someone else’s day just a little brighter’ #MakeADifference

Never flying @WizzAirUK_W9 again. Denied boarding AT THE GATE due to my passport issue date. My passport is in date by 7 months. At every stage of booking my passport was accepted. No one alerted us. You have ruined our holiday with our two kids. Disgrace @jozsefjvaradi #wizzair

So it’s #NationalSleepDay sleep is something I’ve struggled with since I had my children. I think it’s hard to articulate to others who don’t struggle with this how debilitating lack of sleep can be on your life! #WorldSleepDay #SleepAwarenessWeek make it a priority not a luxury
