Long term price increases in South Africa

The below is compiled using Stats SA data to show how much prices have increased in SA over the last 16 years.

The standout has been Electricity (+660% price increase), followed by Water (+277%).

The red line is headline inflation.

This account shows the reality of South Africa. Is very sad to drive through our streets and to see the decay. Nothing is pretty, streets are dirty, pavements unkept, long grass on highways and parents pavements, rubbish everywhere, streetlights stripped, robots out of order and potholes everywhere. SA needs change and very quickly.
