Mel Mid-Scope Update on PBE:
- Base health reduced from 630 to 590
- Health Growth increased from 99 to 107
- Base AD reduced from 54 to 52
- Attack speed growth increased from 2.5 % to 2.75%
- Armor Growth increased from 5.2 to 5.4
- Base Mana reduced from 480 to 455
- Mana Growth increased from 28 to 38
- P Base Damage reduced from 8-30 to 4-30
- P Minion damage increased from 50% to 55%
- Q initial damage reduced from 60-130 + 55% AP to 60 (flat) + 25% AP
- Q subsequent damage increased from 5-13 + 5% AP to 5-25 + 8% AP
- Q cooldown is now reduced by 0.5-1.0 seconds if the volley hits an enemy champ once
- Q Mana Cost reduced from 70-90 to 65-80
- Q Explosion Radius reduced from 225 units to 200
- Q Missile Speed reduced from 3800 to 3200
- W rework: Mel unleashes a refraction nova that destroys enemy projectiles it collides with, within 400 units.
- W rework: Mel retaliates for 35-55 (+10% AP) magic damage. Subsequent retaliations against the same enemy deal 5-25 (+5% AP) magic damage instead (capped at 7).
- W rework: The nova also grants 50-170 (+50% AP) Shield and 10-30% (+4% per 100 AP) Move Speed for 2 seconds to Mel and her allies.
- W Cooldown reduced from 38-26 seconds to 30-24 seconds.
- W Mana Cost increased from 80-40 to 100-50
- W no longer has a cast time.
- E Root Duration changed from 1.5 flat seconds to 0.8-1.0 (rank), scaling up to 1.6-2.2 seconds based on travel time.
- E Slow changed from 30% flat to 20-40%
- E Mana Cost reduced from 50-90 to 40-80
- R Cooldown reduced from 120-80 seconds to 120-60 seconds
