200 current and ex-BOI Staff who continue to be denied access to the tracker redress scheme despite clear evidence that we all were to roll to a tracker in 2009
As a group, we are shocked and dismayed that despite overwhelming evidence provided to BOI/Central Bank we have not been rightly included in the tracker redress scheme - the fight continues; 11 years so far @JMcGuinnessTD@PearseDoherty@mmcgrathtd@CWeston_Indo@centralbank_ie
congrats on the election of @PearseDoherty@conwaywalsh@mmcgrathtd and hopefully @AodhanORiordain who have continually supported our case over the last 2 years, we look forward to working with you all in the next dail to finally get resolution for our group #trackerscandal#boi
Remember this is a completed tracker review by the central bank & still more customers emerge having been screwed. I love the consumer champion here 😀 Number of homeowners hit by tracker scandal could rise to 50,000

@PearseDoherty well done pearse, hopefully bank of ireland will follow suit for the 200 bank of ireland staff members who are still without redress despite being promised a tracker back in 2008 #tracker
@IBCB_ie do you really believe that the culture in irish banks has changed ? do you think what you are doing makes any difference at all when this keeps happening?? 🤔 @davidhall75@CWeston_Indo@paulodonoghue93
@BrendanBurgess well done and beggars belief that this is still going on 12 years later, i thought we had a new banking culture board 🤔, we will keep fighting for the forgotten boi 200 staff #tracker
@CWeston_Indo this is good news and hopefully the fspo are taking a more customer focused approach, our group has a number of cases with the fspo - would be good to ask boi are they still going to fight these tooth and nail against 200 former staff members over 12 years on ? #tracker#begin
great to see the fspo finally finding for 6000 remaining aib customers in the tracker fiasco, lets hope same customer focus by fspo to remaining 200 bank of ireland staff members #tracker@davidhall75@CWeston_Indo@PearseDoherty @AodhanORiordain @mmcgrathtd
It was a bad week for Bank of Ireland with glitches and outages causing frustration for many. Francesca McDonagh, the chief executive of the bank, joined us to discuss this and her career. Listen here: https://t.co/D8HtQAKKht
Given BOI’s stance on our case and 100’s of cases currently with the FSO / courts this article (after KBC comments) is scarcely believable & tone deaf to the reality of BOI’s current position on the tracker issue @davidhall75@mmcgrathtd@joanburton@CWeston_Indo@PearseDoherty
Wrote a piece on the comments from KBC’s boss.
If he’s sick of trackers, imagine how the thousands of people overcharged by KBC feel.
Many have had to live with constant stress and pressure, day in, day out, for years on end.

Arrogant bankers are back. #BankersAreSorryMeHole. KBC chief chides Central Bank for 'annoying' focus on tracker mortgage scandal https://t.co/m20I2ahBV5
@joxer23@IrishTimes@davidhall75@PearseDoherty@JMcGuinnessTD@mmcgrathtd because there are no real consequences for the individual or the group for their actions, fines at current level won’t hurt particularly when paying no tax, so what happened to us and unfortunate people in irish times article will happen again and again #begin
Tracker scandal: ‘I was forced into this predicament . . . I’ve lost everything’

https://t.co/66iWIjg0bd no surprise boi “most difficult” lender to deal with, no culture change @davidhall75 @PearseDoherty @JMcGuinnessTD @mmcgrathtd
Central bank only want to protect banks and recently vulture funds . They have an obligation to protect consumers but they have failed miserably . Consumer protection must be removed from the central bank
