If you want my honest opinion, the FPO's (and other Euro right populist parties) problem is that it is likely compromised by bonafide Mossad agents.

Recall that in the 1990s, the FPO's General Secretary was Peter Sichrovsky. It was later revealed that Sichrovsky was an Israeli spy sent to hijack the party. The Israelis are long suspected by nationalists of having played a role in the suspicious death of Jorg Haider, who was trying to pull FPO away from Zionism. How much of that is going on now? Who knows, but its something to keep in mind.

Wissam Abu Shamala, the media spokesman for Hamas’s Refugee Affairs Department, has just published an article titled “The Palestinian Position on Developments in Yemen” in Yemeni Press. As one might expect, the article evinces unwavering support for Ansar Allah. I have translated it in full and linked the article in the comments; I have also excepted a portion below:

“The Palestinian resistance forces and the majority of the Palestinian people make no secret of their deep appreciation for the geopolitical, popular, and military positions adopted by Ansar Allah during the ‘Israeli’ war of genocide against Gaza. The shahīd Palestinian military spokesman Abu Obeida, may God have mercy on him, went so far as to call them the ‘Brothers of Truth.’ All Palestinian factions expressed widespread praise for the military operations carried out by Yemenis from Ansar Allah in the Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandab Strait, as well as their ballistic-missile strikes against various ‘Israeli’ sites. They regarded these courageous Yemeni actions as exerting strategic pressure on ‘Israel’ and its allies while providing genuine support to the Palestinians in Gaza.

The Yemeni people, their government, their leaders, and their infrastructure have been subjected to fierce attacks by the United States and ‘Israel.’ These attacks sought to deter Ansar Allah from continuing its geopolitical and operational measures in support of Palestine. The Palestinian people expressed solidarity with the brotherly Yemeni people, whose blood has mingled with Palestinian blood. Various Palestinian constituencies regarded Yemen and Ansar Allah as genuine partners in confronting the umma’s true enemy, ‘Israel.’

The massive Yemeni mobilizations, which brought millions into the streets throughout the ‘Israeli’ war on Gaza, continued without interruption and showed no signs of wavering or fatigue. Neither the Palestinian mind nor Palestinian memory can forget them. How often the Palestinian citizen, exhausted by war and hunger, wished that Yemen were his neighbor.

The Palestinian people’s sense of abandonment by much of their Arab and Islamic support base is difficult to describe or imagine. Their resentment and anger are not confined to governments and official institutions. The greater source of anguish is the failure of Arab and Islamic peoples and of Islamic, nationalist, and pan-Arab movements, because Palestinians had placed their hopes in them. […]

It is therefore surprising that Palestinians should be expected to take a position against those who supported them in their hour of greatest need and who possess the will and determination to support them in the future. These supporters did not content themselves with slogans of jihad or speeches about fighting enemies. They translated words into deeds. Conversely, it is difficult to expect Palestinians to sympathize with those who abandoned them, including some who stabbed them in the back and sought, in one way or another, to harm them.
