Carlos Sainz:
"There will be problems keeping the turbos working during the first 3 laps, which will cause a loss of power on the straights
Mercedes, Red Bull, and Audi engines will struggle on the straights during that time"

i have been photoshopping pole position alex albon into places he doesn’t belong until the monaco gp. on the final day, day 11, i photoshop him into where he DOES BELONG. POLE POSITION.
The best for the future.
(I know some people will say that it's parasocial, but I literaly feel for random people on the internet on a daily basis and I love my empathy so I don't care. Everyone should have more in life. )
The worst for me is not even the position he's obtaining. As an F1 fan, I still have Max that is performing and I still like watching the sport so I'm happy about that.
The hardest is being an empath and knowing how sad and lost he must feel right now and just wishing him
@cytrusf1 Not sure he is delusional here. Pundits here clearly explained why Kimi was thriving in these regulations and more particularly in slow speed corners. He needs to change his driving style for sure.
My bold prediction for tomorrow:
Max takes the lead turn 1, George overtakes Hadjar, both Ferrari crash together because it's bound to happen and we get
1) Max
2) Kimi
3) George
Natalie Pinkham: Can you give us any insight into where the pace is?
George Russell: No, if I knew I'd be able to not be in that position. Start of the year it was just easy, every lap I did in practise, qualifying it was P1, worst case P2, you know every single session Q1, Q2, Q3.
"Last three races it's just been nowhere. Even Canada was a real fight to get a decent lap and then I just nailed it at both of those sessions but that was sort of like pulling something special out of the hat and a little bit 'lucky' to do it at the right time.
"But that's just where I am right now. I don't really now."
Natalie Pinkham: It's a really strange one, it's almost like you don't have trust in the car, it's not compliant in the way that you'd expect.
Russell: No, I think there's definitely some things we've seen that the changes with this year's car is, with my natural driving style, doesn't suit it as last year's car did and you know Kimi and I have had different driving styles.
Natalie Pinkham: Specifically what?
Russell: I don't want to go into too much detail but it was clear last year and it's clear this year but obviously last year you know it suited me just fine and this year it's suiting him perfectly well so I need to adjust to this and I'll do my best to do that but it still doesn't answer why the start of the year was such a breeze. So yeah, I don't know, a bit bamboozled right now. #MonacoGP #MercedesAMGF1 #F1
