Charlie Kirk said, “I want to be remembered for courage for my faith…the most important thing is my faith in my life.” A single bullet silenced his voice on that platform yesterday, but it can’t erase his influence, his legacy, and his testimony for Jesus Christ. Just a few days before his death, he posted, “Jesus defeated death so you can live.” He wasn’t afraid or ashamed to talk about his faith. Watching him makes me want to be even more bold! I think the devil has overplayed his hand. I pray that tens of thousands of young people will pick up Charlie’s banner and courageously speak truth in a culture that tries to deny God‘s truth. This week Charlie posted, “Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life…Tell someone about Jesus this weekend.” What a challenge for us all! Will you?

FWIW, adding to the “When I Got Cancelled by Fox” archives.
Happened twice:

1) I lost my @FoxNews employee contract after refusing to sit quiet during NYT’s false and defaming allegations against me that I was to blame for the mass murder in AZ causing the deaths of a federal judge, an innocent child and others, and injury of Rep. Gabby Giffords (D). Fox wouldn’t defend me so I defended myself after being told by Roger Ailes I was not to talk about it on the air. Fox was capitalizing on the controversy while my reputation was getting ripped to threads, so I spoke up, as any responsible, ethical, innocent American would. They canned me for “disobeying,” as per word from on high.

2) Later, no longer an employee, they cancelled my scheduled @JesseBWatters guest interview after I shared my opinion with @ericbolling that @rupertmurdoch handing management reins to his sons resulted in the network straying from the Right, due to the sons’ liberal-leaning wives’ influence. I was never allowed on-air again. (I stand by my stated observation that - good, bad or ugly - Fox changed when Rupert’s influence subsided.)

Pretty fascinating behind-the-scenes actions I observed in all my years working for, and with, Fox. It’s their prerogative to shift wherever they want to go, and more power to them exercising their absolute right to hire and fire whomever they deem best fits their agenda, but interesting that independent characters refusing to go along just to get along (all to collect a paycheck) seem to be the ones shunned.

I went rogue by speaking up for truth. I’ll continue to do so.
