Just saying “people should have done more” does not prove beyond reasonable doubt that she was psychotic when she killed her kids!

@AmiciSusanne @BethanyCherisse doctors. She didn’t take the meds as prescribed. She didn’t do the therapies as prescribed. She checked herself out of inpatient care! She made decisions along the way, blaming everyone else and putting nothing on her is ridiculous.

I agree on the ease of handing out drugs being problematic, but you have to put some ownership on her! She shopped

If she admits she did it, says she’s happy she did it (happy they’re safe), and never experienced psychosis before, that’s still not enough?!

@team_dan_69 @GenuineSuccess4 @MafiaMasshole Ok. That doesn’t disqualify someone from serving on a Jury under Massachusetts law. Did he violently and brutally strangle 3 little children? Because that’s what the case was about. I’m not trying to look to all jurors as moral role models, why are you?

How is that possible? Please tell me what add’l evidence would have proven to you what was in her brain for those mins.

@sw___xo @SaltySteno What else could have been done? She jumped medical providers, didn’t follow their agreed upon plan, didn’t take the rx’s as prescribed and never told any doctor that she had thoughts of harming her children. How could someone else prevent Lindsay Clancy from herself?

@celestialbe1ng What did you need to feel like it was proven she knew the difference between right and wrong? She showed zero signs of delusions before the incident, got her husband out of the house, and spoke to him during. How else can they prove she had agency?

Society has become more likely to make excuses for women killing their own children but I don’t think she’d have the same amount of support if it was 3 random children. Same mental illness+different children = public support would be different.

@SuzieSeeksTruth @raj208 How was she failed? Yes, they pushed drugs on her, but from what I’ve seen, she admittedly didn’t follow thru with many of their plans. She went from doctor to doctor, stopped prescriptions on her own and refused to participate in prescribed therapy.

@SabrinaSwenso11 @TowerRushTroopy @HistoryBoomer As a woman who could not have children, the statement that “only women can get pregnant” is not offensive at all. It’s a biological fact and it’s very different than saying “you’re only a woman if you can get pregnant.”
