We’re looking for Central Kitchen volunteers to help support people experiencing homelessness in Glasgow.
Role: Pot washing, cleaning & assisting the cook
Time: 12:00pm – 3:00pm
No experience needed, just a willingness to help and be part of a supportive team 💙

We are on a mission to gather donations of books for the homeless community in Glasgow. Reading is not only a source of knowledge and entertainment but also a way to escape reality and find solace in the pages of a good book.

Many individuals experiencing homelessness do not have access to books, and we want to change that by providing them with an opportunity to explore new worlds, learn new things, and experience the joy of reading.

If you have any gently used books that you would like to donate, we would greatly appreciate your contribution. Your donation can make a significant impact on someone's life by bringing the gift of reading to those in need.

Help us spread the love of reading and make a difference in the lives of the homeless individuals in Glasgow. Together, we can create a more compassionate and literate community.📖💙
