@opodo still waiting for refund 10 months later. Opodo repeatedly say waiting for airline. Airline confirmed refund not requested by Opodo and tickets still open. Appalling lack of customer service

@EmiratesSupport - very frustrated - Flight rescheduled. Emirates keep telling me I need to make the change thru booking agent. Opodo keep saying that they can't change and have sent change request to Emirates 10 days ago who have not responded. What am I supposed to do now?
