So backed up that they can’t even diagnose my issues for 2-3 days after having the car. At this point, I’m contacting a lawyer because clearly you sold me a lemon. This will be my one and only VW. I warn everyone else who asks about the car to stay far away!

@VW bought a 2024 Atlas in Sept 2023. Thought it was great for the first week. Since then, the infotainment system has glitched out at least once a day. Your recall in the fall didn’t fix it. I called back to your horrible service department and they said oh yeah another recall

Is coming. But in the meantime there is nothing they can do about it. Now my screen is completely black. I have no control over my AC/heat, radio, no maps. Nothing. And your service department can’t get my car in for 2-4 weeks. What is wrong with your craftsmanship that service
