تم خلال اللقاء التركيز على إستراتيجيات تعزيز التعاون بين الهيئات الإدارية للنقابات وجمعياتها العمومية، وضرورة تعزيز الحوار الاجتماعي مع إدارات المنشآت، كما بحث اللقاء سبل تطوير العمل النقابي وزيادة معدلات الانتساب، مع استعراض الخطط المستقبلية وتوجهات الاتحاد للمرحلة القادمة.
