@thechartist LWP Technologies is a great example of this. The company got caught red handed being involved in a battery scam and ended up being shut down by the Qld Police Fraud Squad. ASIC sat and did nothing

A forum user would be going back through old posts and reporting them. Then HotCopper moderates the post. Happened to plenty of mine about some dodgy individuals that didn’t like being called out

@asicmedia I can give you a solution to this. Until there is some punishment for poor corporate disclosure and false and misleading announcements, nothing will change. You need to change. You need do your job. Something, anything.
